How To Make Apples with Lemon Zest & Honey

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole raw apple
  • 1tsp – 1 tbsp raw organic hemp or cannabis-infused honey
(This recipe calls for hemp flower, but it’s really all about your choice)
  • 1pinch lemon zest

*These measurements are only a suggested guide. Please customize any recipe to use more or less to suit your personal medicinal needs.

For Those Following Ayurveda: This snack can be pacifying for Kapha types and may also soothe an anxious Vata due to the CBD content if you are using hemp flower.

How To Prepare:

  1. Zest a lemon, (try rolling the lemon along the grater to peel off the ‘yellow layer’ known as the zest).
  2. Next core the apple and cut it into flat horizontal circles. (allows the sweetness of the apple to prevail instead of the more bitter skin).
  3. Arrange the apples on a plate, drizzle with honey and garnish with the lemon zest.
